It was originally called Ms. Powell's Teaching Management Ideas until 2008, when the website was changed to The Cornerstone for Teachers. This was after she published her first piece of work. Angela's program for professional development to improve productivity is being implemented by more than 45 000 schools as a part of the 40 Hour Workweek. It was initially designed to help teachers, and then expanded to include administrators, instructional coaches and other teachers. 40 Hour assists educators in becoming more aware of their own schedule and time for instruction so that they are able to focus on what is important to them.
