Molly Tarlov (born November 11 31st, 1981) is an American actress, best known in 2011 for her portrayal of Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama series Awkward. Tarlov is the eldest daughter of two and was raised in Manhattan. As a 10-year-old, Tarlov played Mrs. Peterson as part of a Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was highly acclaimed by the audience of seven graders. When she was older, she spent the summers in Paris in Paris with NYU Tisch's Tisch School of the Arts in Interlochen Center for the Arts. She trained in a range of styles for acting and earned her bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. The Atlantic Theater Company also taught her, and she was able incorporate writing into her performance in her LAByrinth Theater Masters Course. Molly changed her black winter coat to a pair if black sunglasses when she arrived in Los Angeles. She was not long before she was cast in a 3 word role on iCarly that attracted the notice from her family members. Since then, she's made several TV appearances. She also created the character Caitlin on Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly pretends that she can be a good basketball player despite the fact that she's not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
